Florida Conducts the 2nd Most Home Energy Ratings
RESNET released statistics for the first year of their rating registry system. More Florida homes received RESNET registered energy ratings than any other state but Texas. FSEC's Deputy Director Philip Fairey said “FSEC has been an integral part of establishing the research, training and tools to create a viable rating industry in Florida for the last 23 years. Florida’s certified energy raters have shown builders that energy ratings and energy-efficiency programs help sell homes.”
