Freeze valve was dripping small amount of water.
Excess sensor wiring not secured.
Sensor lead/sensor wiring terminal is unsecured and exposed to environment.
Insulation is deteriorating.
Air vent port is sealed due to calcification.
Metal parts in freeze valve are rusting.
